About Human Resources
Human Resources provides onboarding, policies and procedure clarification as well as compensation and benefits information to all Tribal employees. HR serves as a support to hiring Managers to enforce organizational Policies and Procedures including employment position creation, posting, recruitment, hiring, corrective action, grievances, terminations and training. HR interfaces and provides technical assistant and expertise to all Tribal Enterprise human resource and benefits coordinators including KWAHN, Pit River Casino, Pit River Housing and the Pit River Health Clinic.

What if I don’t have a PC to apply for a job or look up my benefits information? There is an employment and resource center for Tribal Members at the Human Resources office. You can work at a computer station and we are available to help you with any questions you may have about the application process or about your benefits if you are a tribal employee.
